DR Anderson was invited back for a third time to complete new offices for Lutz Technology.  Along with completing this new space, DRA renovated previously completed areas for Lutz Financial and Lutz Talent.  All work was completed without disruption to Lutz’s operations or the Spine and Pain Clinic on floors below the work areas. 

DRA worked closely with Lutz and DLR Group on value engineering to reduce construction costs while still keeping many of the architect’s design elements for this innovative work space. 

This open office concept included many types of finishes and architectural features to create a collaborative work space for the technology staff.
