Pre-Construction

D.R. Anderson (DRA) successfully negotiated this renovation project with Pinnacle Bank. DRA was selected for this project based on our qualifications and fee for this cost-plus GMP project delivery.

Continuing our relationship with PCS, DR Anderson was selected as General Contractor for PCS’ Weeping Water Office Renovation. DRA has previously completed PCS’ Raymond Mill installation, Safe Haven project, Load-out Addition as well as their Quality Control Lab Remodel.

DR Anderson constructed this building adjacent to the existing IBEW offices and meeting hall. This required careful coordination between DR Anderson’s management team and our client, IBEW. This project was successfully completed in phases without any major interruptions or delays in our clients daily operations.

DR Anderson performed General Construction work on this Data Center in Council Bluffs, IA. The facility houses servers and equipment for one of the world’s largest internet companies. Work was completed on a fast track GMP basis.

D.R. Anderson (DRA) successfully negotiated this design build project with Ash Grove and Studio 360 Architects. DRA was selected for this project based on our qualifications and fee for this cost-plus GMP project delivery.

DRA and Studio 360 worked together to establish the project budget while meeting the client’s needs for a first class office in the heart of their existing plant. The project features extensive use of Ash Grove Cement in the precast walls, exposed concrete floors, and concrete roof decks.

DR Anderson completed this tenant finish on the top floor of an existing office building.  The building’s tenants below included sensitive medical offices so extra care was taken by DR Anderson to ensure construction was completed without disrupting the buildings tenants.

D. R. Anderson Constructors Co. negotiated the construction this 3-story building with underground parking garage and a tenant finish of one floor for the same client.

The building was a structural steel frame with concrete floors and metal stud exterior skin.  The exterior cladding consisted of brick, aluminum windows, curtain wall and fiber-cement wall panels.  The underground parking garage was constructed of  concrete walls and floors connected to the upper floors by two stair towers and an elevator. 

DR Anderson was selected as the negotiated General Contractor for this project.  DRA completed a pre-grading/surcharge package while the final Guaranteed Maximum Price for the project was established. 

The facility includes a regional training center for Carpenters and Millwrights.  The Center includes classrooms, computer lab, welding stations, and a training bay with an indoor pit. 

Offices for administration and a meeting hall were also included in the facility.

DR Anderson was invited back for a third time to complete new offices for Lutz Technology.  Along with completing this new space, DRA renovated previously completed areas for Lutz Financial and Lutz Talent.  All work was completed without disruption to Lutz’s operations or the Spine and Pain Clinic on floors below the work areas. 

D. R. Anderson Constructors Co. negotiated this new tenant finish project which consisted of constructing a new office facility with commodity trading floor area for BP Energy.
