On average, D.R. Anderson Constructor's management staff has been with our company for over 20 years. This translates to over 140 years of combined experience on various types of projects. This experience has proved to be a valuable resource for many of the challenges overcome when completing complex projects. This veteran staff also plays an important leadership role when working with our younger superintendents and project managers.

Our number one priority is building strong customer relationships. We provide personalized service on all our projects by maintaining management continuity from project conception to completion. Our project managers are involved from the start by preparing project budgets and estimates for construction. DRA ’s superintendents are involved in projects as early as possible and work closely with our clients on a daily basis to maintain progress and keep all operations running smoothly. Senior management also plays an important role by making frequent site visits to ensure efficient use of resources as well as maintaining a close relationship with our clients.

Safety and craftsmanship are top priorities at DRA. Our employees are OSHA certified and receive first aide training prior to starting on any project. Employees are continually recertified and receive annual refresher training to maintain required safety certifications.

In addition, our craftsmen are trained in Department of Labor certified apprentice programs. DRA's field staff consists of numerous trades including equipment operators, carpenters, cement finishers, iron workers, and millwrights.
