D. R. Anderson Constructors Co. negotiated the construction this 3-story building with underground parking garage and a tenant finish of one floor for the same client.

The building was a structural steel frame with concrete floors and metal stud exterior skin.  The exterior cladding consisted of brick, aluminum windows, curtain wall and fiber-cement wall panels.  The underground parking garage was constructed of  concrete walls and floors connected to the upper floors by two stair towers and an elevator. 

The tenant finish consisted of conference rooms, general offices, break room and reception area.  The conference rooms and reception area made extensive use of structural glass walls.  The general offices the standard painted walls, carpet flooring and acoustical ceiling panels.
