Continuing our relationship with PCS, DR Anderson was selected as General Contractor for PCS’ Weeping Water Office Renovation. DRA has previously completed PCS’ Raymond Mill installation, Safe Haven project, Load-out Addition as well as their Quality Control Lab Remodel.

This remodel project completely renovated PCS’ Weeping Water Administrative Offices. Renovation work was completed in phases while the facility was fully occupied. All offices were updated with new finishes and new areas were constructed in the office core for file storage, IT support, and staff work areas. The second floor conference area was also updated with new audio visual systems.

In addition to the office updates, an employee fitness area was added with top of the line equipment for PCS’ wellness program. A full kitchen remodel was also completed with a new serving line for hosting training and corporate functions.

PCS’ Weeping Water site is an operating mine site and is regulated by Mine Safety and Health Administration (MSHA) part 48 requirements. DRA site and management personnel completed MSHA training and prepared a site specific Part 48 plan. With this training and plan in place, DRA can work on any site regulated by MSHA.
