A recent D.R. Anderson Constructors renovation project was awarded an American Institute of Architects (AIA) excellence in design award. The project received an honor award for interiors from the St. Louis Chapter of the AIA. The honor award is the top award given out by the AIA chapter.

DRA partnered with HOK St. Louis and Bahr Vermeer Haeker Architects on this design build project. A local fortune 500 corporation selected the DRA/HOK/BVH team to renovate an existing office building in the Old Mill area in Omaha, NE. The interior of this four-story structure was completely renovated in a six month period. All existing finishes, walls, and mechanical/electrical systems were removed replaced with modern systems and finishes.
